George M. Jabar II, has been practicing with Jabar LaLiberty, LLC since 1982. He graduated from the University of Maine at Orono and received his law degree from the New England School of Law. He is a member of the Maine Bar Association, Maine Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and he is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, also known as NOSSCR.
George has extensive experience in personal injury and workers compensation law and has recovered millions of dollars to help his injured clients.
George is currently the Kennebec County Commissioner, a position he has held for over 25 years. George was appointed to the State Board of Corrections by the Governor and was a liaison to the Judiciary for the Maine Board of Corrections. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Maine County Commissioners Association where he served as president for two years. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Statewide Maine County Risk Pool. He is active in the Boys’ and Girls’ Club and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Maine Youth Alliance. George lives with his wife Beth and they are the proud parents of four children.
